Return Policy
The return policy at Empyrean Enterprises is customer-oriented and strives to satisfy the customers to the utmost. The high-class products with hygienic and safe manufacturing are certified and impart good health and if still you are dissatisfied with the product, you may contact the customer care representative. As per your availability, we will schedule a reverse pickup of the product inspect the condition of the product, and review the reason for the complaint. We will either replace the product or provide you with a refund.
- Click the picture of the damaged or wrong product delivered or if it is missing parts of the product email it to mspethouse@gmail.com along with the order details or connect with our representative at 96963 33491 to plan a reverse pickup. Our representative will arrive at your doorsteps and replace the product after inspecting the product in accordance with the complaint.
- In case you have placed a wrong order, it may be canceled through the Order Cancel button provided in MY ORDER’s section, or you may request our representative for order cancellation.
- Refund will be initiated within 7 business days. If the transaction was done through online mode the amount will be credited back to the debit or credit card used during payment. Empyrean Enterprises issues a cheque in favor of its customer in case of COD orders.
